No.  Bashing is not reasoned.  Bashing is childish, unreasoned and
emotional.   Statements like "Lets move forward and end the
unfortunate chapter, called C++" are pure bashes.  They contain no
information content other than the emotional position of the poster.
There is no reasoning demonstrated.  There is no criticism
demonstrated.  Just a childish "I don't like Peas" kind of attitude.

What is worse, many bashers are trying to push another language.  But
they view C++ as being "in the way".  So rather than put the spotlight
on their own language, showing off all its neat and useful features,
they put the spotlight on C++ and try to convince everyone how
horrible it is.

This kind of silliness is equivalent to our current policitcal
campaigning:  i.e. "Vote for me because my opponent is a louse."  It
would be nice if we could all rise above that kind of childishness and
actually talk about the issues.
