We are trying to design an exception/signal handler for a new
application. We have done some simple handle: do: in the model and in the
application GUI. This seems to be the normal way of doing it.

I was wondering where you put the more global handlers? Do I still put
them in the model/app, but use a generic handle: ? I would like to follow
whatever the standard convention is, but I haven't seen it posted, and my
RTFM tact isn't helping much either.
