There will always be those who jump on the bandwagon because it looks
like the thing to do.  There will also always be those who shun the
bandwagon because there are so many others on it.  And then there are
those who look at what the bandwagon contains, and make a reasoned
choice about whether to get on or not.  I prefer to hire the later.
