I'm not sure what you are asking - the simple answer is that tags in
the range of 32768 to 65535 are "private tags" and are allocated to
concerns that request them, and such concerns do not need to explain
or define the tag in order to have it allocated.  Allocations are
usually given in blocks of five.

Were you trying to track down the 34000 tag?  Or just wanting to know
why it wasn't in the list?
