I got some sample piezo film from ATO ATOCHEM.

The address is:

	ATOCHEM SENSORS, INC.
	PO Box 799
	Valley Forge, PA 19482-0799

	Tele: (215) 666-3500
	Fax: (215) 666-3509

They also included some documentation on how the use the sample to make a
microphone, switch, pyroelectric sensor and other things with the sample
provided.
