I am working on a small robot testbed that uses an old toy tank for
locomotion. It is powered by two small dc motors (<0.5A per motor)
and I thought I would use the L293 H-bridge part used in the Miniboard
and other controllers.

Where can I obtain such an animal? I could not locate it in the Digikey
catalog, and I don't have a distributor source to check. Any ideas or
distributors which deal with 1-piece orders of these parts?
