Okay then. I'm interested in the field of neural networks for the
approximation of continuous functions.
I will also be studying the use of feedforward
networks for the recognition of natural language sentences. I would be
interested to know if "RACTER" is still commercially available. I have no
information on this program, other than I have heared it's a rather quirky
ai program. Does anyone know

1) Who wrote it?

2) Where I can get a copy.

Thanks
