Att: Persons knowing of Microchip design

I have a work report due in 3 weeks for the Uinversity of Waterloo. I
wish to write my 2000 word report on the trends of microchip design and
address the concerns of desgining smaller and bulkier (more circuits
onboard). I would like to know if you would have any information of the
theoretical limit for a microchip before you cannot fit any more
circuits on board. Also, I would like to discuss the importance of
using RISC technology and the disadvantages of CISC. Please e-mail me
at gcwhitti@undergrad.math.uwaterloo.ca if you have any information.
Thank you for your attention.
