Hello,

I produce some raw/PGM image and I want to view them on my PC. But none of
the viewers for Windows 3.1 that I have is able to read the raw image or
the PGM format. Is there a free image tool for Windows 3.1 that can read
raw/pgm format or convert them to other common formats for PC? On the
other hand, is it easy to write a C-program that produces those PC formats
(such as GIF/TIFF/JPG/BMP/TGA) directly, given the pixel locations and
their corresponding grey level?

Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks!

Alex
