Most of the products I know of that allow viewing of metacode forms
also enable the user to *create* them, and thus are expensive. I can
think of Elixir from Elixir Technologies, OMC True-View from Tone
Software, and Print Commander from Image Sciences. Since the fonts
used by your metacode document invariably reside on your printer's
hard drive, most of these products must have the fonts "read into"
them before they can display your document as it appears on paper.

Gotta love these proprietary formats...
