	IBM ICSS costs about $319. The complimentary Custom Voice VBX product
by A&G Graphics will also allow you to quickly patch up an application using
either Visual Baisc, Visual C++ or Power Builder. All in all, I think the total
cost is lower than PE400, and definately more portable.
