		       IEEE WICHITA CONFERENCE
				  ON
	   COMMUNICATIONS NETWORKING AND SIGNAL PROCESSING

			April 26 and 27, 1994
		   Ramada Hotel at Broadview Place
			   Wichita, Kansas

The 1994 IEEE Wichita Conference on Communications, Networking and
Signal Processing will be held at the Ramada Hotel at Broadview Place,
Wichita, Kansas on April 26 and 27. The purpose of the conference is
many fold:

   1. To stimulate scholarly work and research and development in
      communications, and the related fields of networking and signal
      processing.

   2. To provide a forum for researchers, faculty, students and industry
      to discuss and exchange new ideas and to present the results of
      such research.

   3. To provide a forum for the exposure of new products by way of
      exhibits and application demonstration by exhibitors.

   4. To provide a forum for state-of-the-art lectures and key-note speakers.

CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS:

   - Four plenary lectures
   - Banquet dinner with key-note speaker
   - Approximately 40 paper presentations
   - Exhibits and application demonstrations by approximately 50 exhibitors
