I am working on a project that will eventually require text-to-speech ability
on a PC. I am looking for either a cheap/simple program in which I can pipe the
text or modified text to and result with speech via a sound card. OR Any ideas
dealing with books or other literature dealing with making PC-cards or adapters
that will process text-to-speech. I have the OKI voice synthesis book but it is
fairly old and I am curious as to more up to date info....
This is all a Master Project for school, so price is of the essence.
