Do you mean the audio box attached to a Sparc-10 pizza box?
I am running SunOS 4.1.3 and all the interface stuff for the
audio is in /usr/demo/SOUND (obvious isn't it). This has
man pages, a lirary and include files which define things like
AUDIO_ENCODING_LINEAR.

You have to read the man pages to make any sense out of this stuff.
