The Fundamentals course is intended for engineers needing to prepare
for projects involving DSP hardware and software. The Speech Coding
course is designed for engineers and managers who need an
understanding of current and emerging voice coding techniques and
telecommunication standards. The course should be of particular
interest to engineers of telecommunication and computer companies who
are evaluating new digital systems for mobile telephony, multimedia
communication, and teleconferencing.
