You might want  to check  "Digital Signal Processing Applications
Using the ADSP-2100 family", Vol.1 (Prentice  Hall 1992), chapter
"Linear  Predictive Speech  Coding" pp.   355-372.  The book  also
includes a floppy disk with the sources.
