Due to my last post not making a whole lot of sense, here's literally what
my friend requires:
1. To store a person's full name using "phonetic spelling" (their words)
	(I assume without tags - why, I don't know)
2. Because there are no tags, we need an algorithm (I think) to determine which
name is the first name and which name is the surname.

This is all I could glean from my friend, and they do think that this has
been done before for the task in mind.
I am a bit dubious about whether they really mean phonetic spelling or not,
and EXACTLY why this desired set-up is necessary.

Thanks again,
Karen
