Recently i found the 'rsynth' text-to-speech package, thanks
to Nick Ing-Simmons post to comp.speech (<CJGtLE.D6J@csc.ti.com>),
and tried to integrate it in the Web. The result is available as

Some time ago (Dec 17, 1993) aas@nora.nr.no (Gisle Aas) asked
(in article <AAS.93Dec17104319@nora.nr.no>)
|> I am looking for a server which could send back law audio data when

To which i at that time replied (in <1993Dec17.152232@cs.utwente.nl>):
|> I have been looking for this before - with Esperanto pronounciation
