If it's the same as the model I evaluated years ago you don't need any
software, just an RS-232 dumb terminal (or terminal emulator software).

It attempts to pronounce anything you type in ASCII.  It will start to
speak when you hit the carriage return.  Its very primative and mechanical
sounding but with a little practice at spelling things the way it likes
them spelled it is understandable.  Lots of fun but not good enough for
my application back then.
