Hello netters,

I am a newcomer to this area and advice are desparately needed.
I would like to know if there are any s/w running on DECstation under
ultrix which can synthesize speech from plain text and can be controlled
by a user-program. It would be best if it is a free ware. :-)

Thanks in advance.
