I am looking for a way to establish a voice link over the internet.
Commercial products or experimental source code would both be
of interest... I'm interested in LOW BANDWIDTH solutions (capable
of being sustained through a 19.2 Kbps PPP or SLIP connection).
I am interested in a variety of platforms (high speed PC's running
OS/2, for example), so public domain or commercial source code
would probably be preferable.

The specific application is the establishment of a virtual office
between two sites, each of which will have a full-time internet
connection.

Thanks for any pointers... if there is sufficient response, I will
summarize to the net.
