What would you consider to be the best way to compare two frequency spectrum
voice patterns? That is, I do an FFT of the data taken from my analog to
digital converter, now, I want to compare this with a previously taken sample.
I'm sure that there are 1,000,001 ways to do this but I was thinking about
doing something simple like a standard-deviation or something. Is there a
better way that I should know about?

THANKS a 1,000,000 for ALL YOUR HELPFUL RESPONSES.....!!!!!
