Can anyone lend some advice?

As part of my PhD research I am trying to build a database
of telephone-quality log-PCM spontaneous conversational speech.
I intend to use this data to build simple Markov models of
the speech signal generated by a variety of source coding methods
such as DPCM, ADPCM, CELP coders etc..

I don't need to build this database myself if I can get access
to an existing database. DARPA's Switchboard database seems to
fit the bill. Does anyone know where I can get it, or another
similar source?
