If somebody puts it in svr-ftp.eng.cam.ac.uk:/Inbox I'll move it to
comp.speech/sources when I get back from holiday (2 August).

Speaking of which, this is the current list of what is available:

recnet-1.2.tar.Z	Phone and word recognition for the TIMIT and Resource
			Management databases using recurrent nets.
G711_G722_G723.tar.Z	CCITT ulaw and adpcm compression code
shorten-1.09.tar.Z A compressor for waveform files
klatt-0.02.tar.Z	An improved version of the klatt code
english2phoneme.shar	The Naval Research Lab text to phoneme rules
rasta.tar.Z Acoustic modelling package
textnorm.shar Text normalisation

I'd be happy to use this space for any other software that comes under the
interests of comp.speech.
