 I have a manual for Zapple, and somewhere, a SD-Sales Z80-Based S-100
frame, which has a modified Zapple monitor to kick-start the system.

Side note, if the person looking for the Z80-Monitor doesn't mind a slight
step back down the CPU chain, there is a 8085 Monitor online here at
'The Circuit Cellar, INK!' BBS.. Send me email back (See address below)
and I'll forward a copy of the file. (MS-DOS 'Zip' file, but can reduce it
to just about anything.)
