excess of $20 million, with excellent profitability.
The company has enjoyed a 50-year history of success,
is privately owned, and employs approximately 125 full-time
staff in an attractive suburban location within
easy driving distance of Milwaukee and Chicago.

     Responsibility

The Division Manager for the company's Welding/Assembly
Division will have the prime responsibility for
achieving profitable business growth. He will take a
hands-on approach to managing all customer-related
activities including new business development (sales,
marketing & promotion), and project execution, delivery
& installation, and field service. The Division Manager
will have P&L responsibility at the project level,
     coordinating pricing/quotation, design, build and
installation phases of each project (and typically
handling several multi-million dollar projects each
year). Key result measurement areas will include:
monthly division profit; quarterly division new order
bookings; division resource management (design and
applications engineering budgets); division technical &
     support personnel hiring/management (including
supervision of engineering and manufacturing work
schedules). Position reports to the company's Executive
Vice President and provides excellent career growth
     potential.

We seek a highly motivated, assertive and
entrepreneurial individual with solid people management
skills. The candidate should be intimately familiar
with project management, engineering and manufacturing
     of technically complex specialized machinery.
Experience with automotive and appliance industry
customers a strong plus. Preferred backgrounds would
     combine successively responsible positions which
     developed the candidate's engineering and
     manufacturing skills, customer negotiation and
relations abilities, and business management expertise.
BSME preferred; however, directly related work
experience is more important than a formal degree. It
is quite possible that our ideal candidate is presently
a senior project engineer or manager and ready for a
     more challenging business management role.
     International exposure considered a plus.

     Compensation

Compensation will consist of an excellent base salary
and bonus, and comprehensive employee benefits which
include a contributory 401k plan. Moving & relocation
