Wake up, Zoltan.  WWW access and FTP access are two TOTALLY different
services.  Just because *you* use a graphical interface there from AOL
does NOT mean that all of *us* do.  I do 99% of my 'netting via a Unix
shell 'cos it's a heck of a lot quicker than WWW, especially with all
the idiots that insist on building a Web page out of 30K graphics files.
Many of the schools have similar access, and although the Web is nice if
you don't want to know how to navigate out here, it's not universal.
FTP, however, is supported on just about every site except for the rare
few that only allow mail access.
