You might also try applying solder paste and then *carefully*
putting your board on a hotplate, foil side up. Experiment with
temperatures, slowing turning the hotplate control up until the
solder paste melts.  It's also a good idea to use a heavy pan
(like caste iron) to conduct the heat evenly to the board.
You may get a few singed boards, but I hear it works.
