Can anyone help me find a source for small quantities of high current low
voltage TO-220 power mosfets? I have been buying IOR HEXFETS from Digi-Key:
in particular the IRFZ40 and IRFZ42 28 milliohm and 35 milliohm 35A
continuous rated N-channel 50V mosfets at $3.60 ea or $2.55 ea in
quantities of 10. DK also has the IRFZ48 (.018, 50A) and IRF1010 (.014,
75A) for $5.47 and $6.08 respectively. I need lower prices or lower on
resistances or preferably both.
Desirable products would include the IOR	HEXFETs already mentioned or even
better the Siliconix SMP60N06-08 and SMP60N06-10 at 8 and 10 milliohms
each. Also in this catagory is the Harris RFP70N03 with 10 milliohm, 70A
and 30V ratings. The SMP60N06-08 is priced only marginally higher than the
IOR IRF1010 in quantities of 100,000. Now who has them in small quantities
at prices hobbiests can afford? Please E-mail me if you have a possible
source.TIA
