I've got the book. The software is the same as is available from the Microchip
BBS, or several ftp sites. Polar is a large distributor here in the UK. Their
number is +44 1525 853071. Maplin Electronics also sell the book, and their
number is +44 1702 554161. I've mislaid the book, so I can't give you the
publisher's number.
