No I don't.  This isn't the answer to your question, but if you
use the Motorola 68HC11 series, you can get a free compiler
from motorola, and another one from ftp bode.ee.ualberta.ca.

I have worked with the Z8, the 8051, and the HC11's, and I
find the Motorola products to be winners.  CMOS, built-in A/D,
EEPROM, excellent free tools, and the EVBU evaluation board
is excellent.

No, I do not work for Motorola; I just respect a good product.
