You could try a DG406 or equivalent with a 30V single ended supply rail.
That's a 16-way multiplexer, so you'd need three of them, plus a little 
logic.

But a word of warning... with an ON resistance of a few tens of Ohms
they will be fried if you're thinking of driving any substantial load.
Then you would have to make up an array of FETs with a high enough
dissipation characteristic to hang on the end of a 1-48 decoder.

If it's just 25V volts you want to switch, and not some specific signal
that may be up to 25V, there are smart power switches which can be used
to supply power to lamp arrays, etc., controlled by a three/four wire 
serial interface.   Sorry, but I've no references on those.
