Did you know that factory automation eqpt., process controllers, etc. can cause
text alert messages to be sent automatically to to any Alpha Pager? (... and
alot of your other equipment can generate Pager messages, too!)

AlphaSense is a standalone electronic product which is easily
connected to many different types of equipment, machinery, or
environmental sensors to provide an unattended monitoring function.
When user-specified conditions occur, it automatically creates and
delivers text messages to any alpha pager(s), and/or to other
destinations. A trusted resource in many industries, it provides
early-warning alert which can save equipment, property, and lives.

In another mode, its serial port connects to your "data devices", like
PC's, printers, automation eqpt., etc., and monitors the data streams,
watching for user-specified keywords. When received, they "trigger"
AlphaSense, and it will then _selectively_ forward data directly from
your "data device" to people's Pagers! Forward error messages, email,
dispatch instructions, financial data, etc. Two-way dial-back mode for
remote teleservice use, internal UPS, power-fail/self-test messages,
data stream history log, timestamp audit, and more!
