HI all,
I'd like to announce that BoRG (Boston Robot Group) is planning to go
watch the annual 6.270 contest on campus at MIT. Afterwards a group of
us will go out for munchies and a good chat.
I've been hosting BoRG for the past 5 months or so and this is our first
"outing" and it should be good. I went to the contest last year and it
was a blast, one to be remembered for all time.

Here's the plan:
 Date: Thursday Febuary 2
Place: Meet at the Kendal Square T station on the Red Line.
Time: arrive by 4:30 if possible, the contest starts at 6pm and will be
very crowded. At 5pm we'll walk over to MIT to watch the contest.
Who: Me, John Cook, diguised as a geek with a purple and white T shirt
from last year's Hartford Firefighting Contest.

Why: to have fun of course!

Myself and a couple others are already going and we'd like to meet you if
you like robots. BoRG is a very informal group that meets about once a
month to get together to discuss robots and share ideas. There's no fee
or papers to sign. Just come and join us. Hope to see you there!
