Hi,

Would anyone know of a quick, easy, cheap wap of making a
vibrator (or if a cheap off-the-self product exists) that is:
  1. capable of producing different levels of vibration perceptible
     by the human hand
  2. low power requirements (e.g. 9 V battery)
  3. total size of actuator itself must be quite small, on the order
     of 1 cm^3 or comparable.
  4. produces a low amount of noise in the surrounding environment
(e.g. no high-pitched DC motor noise)

An emailed reply would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Li-Te Cheng
