Call moto literature and request a data book.  You might also ask for "An
Introduction to Small Microcontrollers", or something like that.  Good
intro book that uses the 'K1 as an example.

Also check out my programmer on ftp.ee.ualberta.ca.  The file is called
k1pgm and I *think* it's under /pub/cookbook/digital.  Just look around.  I
also still have kits for the programmer.
