People willing to read homebrew material will do it regardless of a split.
Those of us who do not wish to read this material are not reading it now,
we are just wasting our time skipping through it by subject line.

Attempting to force people to read material that they are not interested
in will not work and shows a great arrogance on your part. We do not need
to be forced to read this material for our own good. We are perfectly
capable of choosing on our own what to read. What those in favor of a
split are pushing for is an easier way to get at what we want.
