I don't think there is enough traffic to split into more than two
groups, but I do support a two way split.

I also think that c.r should be replaced by two new groups, rather
than simply supplemented by an additional theory group, as has been
suggested, in order that the role of both groups should be clear from
their titles.

As for names I would go with c.r.practice, and c.r.theory. This
provides about the clearest distinction between the groups and thus
should minimize cross posting (except where appropriate).
