I'm looking for a good reference to the work of Ralph Mosher at GE in
the 1960's. Mosher, along with Ron Liston, was responsible for much
seminal early work in teleoperators, exoskeletons and walking
machines. I have a 1967 NASA report and a few short references in
books on these subjects - but I have not found a good comprehensive
reference on these works. I'd appreciate further pointers. Thanks.

I contacted Mosher himself two years ago (he's retired) and he had little
material on his own work!
