Hi,
I am at the moment building a robot controller for a robot
with 2 DC-servo motors and 1 stepper motor. I am using two
Hewlett Packard HCTL-1100 motion controller chips to drive the
2 DC-servo motors and I am having problems using an HCTL-1100
with the stepper motor.

Through reading the docs on the HCTL-1100 it seems that you need
to have a method of feedback to use the motion controller with the
stepper motor.

Could anyone send me information on motion controllers which can be
used to control stepper motors _without_ feedback.

Any responce on this would be appreciated.
