Are you interested inlegged robots with arms or wheeled robots with
arms. We have designed a legged robot but it doesn't have arms. This
robot is a prototype and is very unique. It has no software but it is
capable of speeds of about 30 km per hr. It is also completely compliant
(more or less) And capable of reacting to its environment using a unique
hardware multitasking (for lack of a better word) system. Again with no
software. It should be possible to develop the system to make the kind
of manipulator you want. HJowever you qwould have  to tell me more about
the application you have in mind.
