Yes, it needs 9 TTL outputs and 1 TTL input, if the Miniboard has that
then you only need a cable with a D25 female connector.

You can also drive the Stiquito robot from Indiana U. from your PC or Miniboard,
just limit the current so you won't burn the nitinol wires.
