I am beginning work on a new project for which I need to compile a
list of most commonly occuring and most damaging faults/failures in
robotic joints. If you have had problems with faults or failures in
the bearings, transmissions, actuators or whatever else in the joints
of robots that you have used, I would like to hear about it. Of
course, any pointers to written materials or work done in this area
will also be appreciated.

Thanks,
