Russell,

You can use the image of an *evaluation* copy of IBMST, and then load
some of the config maps from your *purchased* version of VisualAge. This
will replace code that limits features of the evaluation image. If I
recall, the only drawback was that the packaging config map refers to VA
components. You will need to create a new packaging config map that
doesn't refer to VA applications.

You will then have an image without all the VA stuff.
