It is true that employees and employers are not often joined for life.  There
is also little doubt that PPD has continued to staff a very talented engineering 
department.  However, the rate at which turnover occurs can say a lot
about the "health" of a project/product.  We all know that very few of the 
applications are not documented as well as could be.

If they did leave, did they all leave at once or was there time for the "oral 
documentation" to be passed on?
