We're looking for great Smalltalk developers.

Tesseract Technology, located in San Francisco, California--in the heart
of the world's technology center--is a leading provider of software 
solutions to the Payroll/Human Resources industry.  We are currently 
creating a team to recreate our existing mainframe product into an 
object-oriented, workflow-enabled, distributed product. 

Job description:

Work in a team environment to model, prototype, and develop a 
Smalltalk-based software product.  Responsible for understanding problem 
domain requirements and modeling them into well-written code.

Skills:

3+ years of Smalltalk development experience.  Will have worked at least 
3 different applications with a focus on non-technical problem domains. 
 Good to excellent understanding of objects and responsibility-driven 
design.  Ability to strongly contribute in a team environment.  Ability 
to explain ideas to non-technical team-members as wells as listening and 
modeling their world.  Strong business application knowledge is 
preferable.
