OK then.  Assuming you are using v2.x or version 3.0.x, you can change 
the bitmap for your runtime app by simply creating a *.BMP file named 
like your runtime's executable.  In other words, if you rename V.EXE to 
MYAPP.EXE, then create a bitmap file named MYAPP.BMP and place it in your 
application's directory.  This should do the trick.

If you don't want to rename V.EXE yet (ie. you're still developing it), 
just name the bitmap file V.BMP.
