To my knowledge, the only Smalltalk that convers all of those platforms is
VisualWorks. Also a great Smalltalk for the Mac is SmalltalkAgents from QKS
at www.qks.com. Also VisualAge covers OS/2, Windows (3.1), AS/400, and soon
AIX,  MVS, and Macintosh (and I am not sure but Solaris and HP the
conference was a little hazie).
