In which case, for a Mac you need to get hold of ResEdit and modify the resource in the VM that is used as the spash screen, on the PC I beleive a similar operation is possible if you're running NT (of which I've no experience).

On PC, you need MS Visual C++ 2.0 either on Win95 or NT (2.0 does not run on
Win 3.1) then you need to create projects to re-compile resources.
