Latest is Visual Smalltalk 3.0.  (They changed the name.)

Can't remember them all.  But some of them are:
1. Exception handling system (new feature)
2. Vastly improved event system.
3. Dynamic "translation" to native code when executing methods.

Also, Visual Smalltalk 3.0 contains Digitalk's PARTS product.

Full asking price from Digitalk in the US is US$1500.  Recently they sold
upgrades from previous versions for US$395 (I don't believe they are still
offering upgrade prices but I could be wrong).  You can probably find it for
less.
